  1. What hardware and software do Students, Trainers and Administrators require?
    The only hardware requirement is a computer connected to the Internet.

    The software required for the system to operate correctly is common and probably already installed on your computer. If you can see this animation, and this pdf, then you have everything you need. Otherwise you need to get the Flash Player, and Acrobat Reader.

    There is no other software to download or install, all of the interaction between your Administration, Trainers and Students takes place online. This means that any of these users can perform their tasks anywhere there is an internet connection.


  2. Do I need a broadband connection?
    The short answer is ‘No’. We have optimised all images and animations in the system so that their file size is minimised, and the system is functional with a dial-up Internet connection. There are a few larger files that may take a short while to show in your browser if you are on a dial-up connection.


  3. Can we download content?
    No, content is not available for download. The content is only available to registered users and RTOs through the smallPRINT online system. If printed resources are required these are available through smallPRINT Australia.


  4. Can I print out the training modules?
    No you cannot print the unit content. Certain aspects of the units are presented in an interactive animated format designed for online viewing only. There are some resources provided in PDF format for you to print and keep, and you may print the assessment activities in order to submit them if necessary. If copies of printed unit resources are required these are available through smallPRINT Australia.


  5. How much does it cost?
    Individual Units $15/unit + GST

    Bulk Purchases:
    200 units $14/unit + GST
    500 units $13/unit + GST
    1000 units $12/unit + GST
    2000 units $11/unit + GST

    All purchases are account based. Bulk purchases are invoiced at the end of the current month. Enrolments that you make are then decremented against the number of Units you purchased in the block..\

    If you make enrolments and have not pre-purchased bulk units you will be charged at the individual price for each unit.

    Bulk units are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.


  6. How can I get an account?
    You can apply for an account by completing the Account Application form and returning it to us for approval.
